Thursdays: 9.30am (Connection to Zoom at 9.20am) – 1¼ hours
Sundays: 6.30pm (Connection to Zoom at 6.20pm) – 1¼ hours
Deep Relaxation (a combination of Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama).
Wednesdays: 8.15pm (Connection to Zoom at 8.05pm) – 30 minutes
