Yoga for Beginners Package

People often comment that they are ‘too inflexible’, ‘too unfit’, ‘too big’ or ‘too embarrassed’ to attend a public yoga class. And yet, those same people express their desire to be flexible and strong and how much they want to create a harmonious, serene and well balanced life-style.

Therefore, Cool Calm & Collected has introduced a ‘Yoga for Beginners’ package. This program includes two 1½ hours private sessions ‘in your home’ or at The Beatt in Armadale; 10 additional classes at The Beatt; written materials (electronic format); and subscription to the “In the Moment” newsletter.

The classes are gentle and nurturing. The sessions comprise breathing (Pranyama), yoga postures (Asanas), deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and some of the key elements of the Hatha Yoga philosophy.

One of the many outcomes is that you will be able to continue your practice ‘with confidence’.
