Welcome to Cool, Calm & Collected… Online Hatha Yoga sessions.
These 75-minute classes have been recorded through the Zoom platform during 2022. They are audio only and are here for those who feel confident in doing a class without visual demonstration.
These practices are gentle and slow and all include pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (a selection of postures) and meditation. The lesson will conclude in Savasana, the posture for deep relaxation.
All sessions are password protected.
They are streamed so that you may practice with me at any hour of the day, in any part of the world and as often as you like.
All you need is WiFi.
(You may find that Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are the best browsers to use.
If you use either of these and you find that due to poor WiFi you experience quite a substantial amount of 'buffering', then you will be able to download the practices rather than stream them. Click on the three vertical dots to see 'download').
