Annemaree teaches classical Hatha Yoga, Beginner’s Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness practices and Meditation at the following locations. In some instances you may just arrive at class without booking (The Beatt) and in other instances you need to book online (Happy Melon)..
Private lessons are held in your home and at the various studios.
All Hatha yoga classes include Pranyama (breathing techniques), Asanas (Postures), Meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Please spread the word to those who would like to ‘try’ yoga. It is ‘do-able’ Hatha yoga, so one does not have to be ‘bendy’ to start. All ages, body types and dispositions welcome. Ideal for beginners too.
